We Have Permission

Today we got an historic phone call from the education ministry saying that is okay for us to open the school and put your signs up and register children."

Yeah!!

We knew it would happen but for some reason it is really exciting to get the call.

We have been told we are the only private school within 50 kilometers and the only Christian elementary school in the province.

We could really use an outpouring of support to help the infrastructure get moving.

License fees, the building repairs and remodel have used up our savings and we really have no fund left for emergencies or to float staff as we continue to accept students.

Your support could could cover teacher salaries for the year or the student fees for the year, which is basically the same, because one is paying for the other.
Your support could help us cover rent or electricity.
Your support could help us purchase needed furniture, white boards and supplies.

Or you could support our efforts to buy land to build a permanent location in the next couple years.

Either way we could really use the funds right now.
We would also say thank you for your prayers and ask that you continue to pray with us for us and the students that we would be a light unto them and make a such a difference that people will waiting in line to send their kids.  Also that God uses us to spread His word and advance His kingdom.

Ready to work.  A few men from surrounding churches are willing to help get this school going.
They have been working out scheduling with us and preparing entry tests.

Rental agreement and remodel.

We have 3 rooms we can rent but we'll have to do all the cleaning and repairs.

We also have to sound proof the room dividers.

We have desk to build.

We'd like to buy but we don't have the funds yet.

Building them will cost us as well.

If your interested in helping us out with any cost.

The desks will cost us about $1,000.

The teachers salary is $100 a month $1,200 for the year.

We hope to have 7 Staff.

You could buy books for a class.

Provide note books or supplies.

You could help us with a bus of food program.

Time with a team

Tyndale high school students from Australia spent a couple hours with our class this past week.

They did face paints, played and sang songs with them.

After class Sam spent some time playing with the kids.
