A HEART FOR WISDOM

Our Mission in Education

We desire to fill a need for a better school system in our Province of Takeo, Cambodia. To better educate the children at A Greater Hope Orphanage is our first goal, educating the surrounding the children is our second goal, changing our community and country final goal. Our teaching starts with understanding that "Fearing the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, only fools despise wisdom and discipline". "Then you will understand what is Right and Just and Fair". "For Wisdom will enter your heart".

We'll strive for a pure teaching with high moral standards that will give our children A HEART FOR WISDOM

First Day of School


October 1st is our start date for the Preschool.

Our teacher is preparing her lessons and we are working on the paper work.

We will soon pass out fliers to the community inviting them to enroll their children.
 
We are working out the bugs with the church property to make is safe.

The children are helping us prepare the class room and making decorations.

We are working towards getting desks and chairs, also to get some play equipment.

It looks like things are going well.

Please keep us in prayer as the first 6 months of this project will determine if we sign an agreement with the Ministry of Education and continue on next year.  If so October 2011 we will have our agreement and we will continue with the preschool and add 1st grade possibly 4th grade as well.

We are excited as we believe God has opened the door for this project and things are already moving very easily.
