Fund Raising

We are looking to purchase land.  

Estimated cost $60,000.  USD

We need to raise these funds with in the next two years.

The land size is nearly 3 acres.

Here is the list of plots, their size and cost.

We are estimating the cost to be around $5 a meter sizes are in Meters prices are in USD.

1. 1800 sqm   $9,000

2. 1800 sqm   $9,000

3. 1064 sqm   $5,300

4.   720 sqm   $3,600

5. 1456 sqm   $7,200

6. 1078 sqm   $5,300

7. 1536 sqm   $7,600

8. 2307 sqm $11,500

We will next be looking at building.

Each Class room is estimated at $13,000. USD

A Couple Weeks In

 Class Room A

 First day of school.

School normally opens a couple days before really large holiday.  So things looked a little bleak when only 3 children showed up.   After the holiday we got a lot more kids.

Today we are starting our second week of class and we have 10 kids enrolled.

   

I think this really helps our goals of having smarter more successful class that will make a good first impression.  It's really the families happiness with what we are doing that will decide if we continue.

 For if we can get the community to buzz with praise and excitement I think we will have done a good job.

The encouraging thing for us was when Ream's sister in-law told us she only started her first class with only 5 kids.  She charged half the cost and in a place they could afford the cost.  

Now MoM's school is enrolling 400 children @ $60 a month.

Most importantly we still feel called to move forward.
